Join Sandy Pause Yoga for a special 5th anniversary class and potluck, celebrating five years of community and connection! Tonight we’ll be indoors in the Portage Pavilion classroom overlooking Lake Michigan. Our all levels class will be a fun and friendly yoga flow with some special surprises sprinkled in too.
The charge for this class is $20 per person to cover the rental fee for use of the Portage Pavilion classroom that night.
All visitors to the National Park need to purchase entry to the Park (see Fees & Passes - Indiana Dunes National Park (U.S. National Park Service) (nps.gov) for details and to pay your entrance fee or better yet, to secure your annual pass!). After class, linger with new and old friends in our always welcoming community— a perfect pause after our yoga poses.
Pre-registration is requested by 4 p.m. on September 24th.
Class Registration: To register for class, please send payment via Venmo (@sandypauseyoga and the QR code is below) or through Paypal via the link below. Class packages cannot be used for this particular class since payments are going toward rent of the classroom that night.
All students are required to sign the Acknowledgment of Risk form in order to participate in class.
What you’ll need: Bring a yoga or exercise mat, water, and a sweatshirt if you like an extra layer as we cool down at the end of class.
Yoga classes in the Indiana Dunes National Park adhere to all National Park rules and regulations. Classes are listed in central time. Please email sandypauseyoga@gmail.com with any and all questions you may have!
