Gut Feelings: A Workshop on the Gut-Brain Connection
Gut Feelings: A Workshop on the Gut-Brain Connection
Tuesday, October 14 from 6:00-7:15 p.m. on Zoom
Yoga has long taught that the body and mind aren't separate. Modern science is catching up. Your gut and brain are in constant conversation through the vagus nerve. That conversation shapes your digestion, mood, and energy on and off the mat.
Join Sandy Pause Yoga for an online event featuring Dr. Emily Wolbers, a naturopathic doctor and E-RYT 500 yoga teacher. You'll learn how to listen to that dialogue and support it, get answers to specific questions you may have, and leave with practical takeaways on:
Strengthening the vagus nerve through breath, movement, and simple daily practices
Seasonal grounding - supporting your unique constitution as the seasons shift
Nurturing a healthy gut-brain axis with approachable, sustainable ways to care for your digestion and your nervous system
Come curious, come as you are, and bring your questions!
Space is limited to 25 people and this session will be recorded and sent to registrants who are not able to participate in the live zoom.
Registration for this special event is via Venmo (@sandypauseyoga) and Zelle (to Lorraine Fitzgerald, email lorrainegfitz@gmail.com, please note the “g” in the middle of the email address). Please email sandypauseyoga@gmail.com with any questions about this online workshop.
