Come flow your way into feeling groovy at our Sandy Pause Yoga 6 Year Anniversary Peace Practice & Potluck Party! We’ll be inside the Portage Pavilion classroom overlooking Lake Michigan that night, so rain or shine we’ll be chilling in comfort. Peace is a practice and a path for living with joy and compassionate connection to ourselves, our family and friends and to all beings. Relax after class with fellow yogis at our Potluck Party with special sweet treats provided by Sandy Pause Yoga that night! Come solo or with friends, we have a spot saved just for you!
This class is appropriate for beginner and experienced yoga students alike, no prior yoga experience is necessary. If you have any specific needs or questions and/or want to borrow a mat for class, please email sandypauseyoga@gmail.com and we’ll set you up!
Location Info: This special class takes place in the Portage Lakefront and Riverwalk pavilion which is easily accessed from the National Park’s large public parking lot. All visitors to the National Park need to purchase entry to the Park (see Fees & Passes - Indiana Dunes National Park (U.S. National Park Service) (nps.gov) for details and to pay your entrance fee or better yet, to secure your annual pass!).
After class we’ll enjoy sips and snacks together at our Potluck Party. Bring something small to share or just show up, there are always more than enough snacks to go around. If you can’t stay for the potluck party it’s no problem!
Cost: This Peace Practice class is $25/pp and no SPY packages can be used for this event. Money raised will be used to offset the cost of renting the pavilion classroom that night.
