This all levels class will feature a flow of linked asanas (poses) for a moving meditation, and will include special emphasis on harboring in the breath to access deeper states of relaxation and ease by stimulating our parasympathetic (rest and digest) nervous system. Each class will conclude with a luxurious savasana (resting pose), followed by a 5-minute seated meditation, bringing compassionate awareness and openness to this present moment as we practice the pause.
Individual classes are $15 and payment can be sent via Venmo to SandyPauseYoga. See “Pricing and Packages” page for additional information. All classes are listed in central (DST) time.
