Caring for the Core Virtual Vinyasa Class

In this all levels yoga class we will move through a sequence of asanas (poses) to cultivate strength and space in our core to prepare us for Thanksgiving and (hopefully!) second helpings of pie.  A strong core supports balance and stability, protects our posture and lower backs, improves breathing and digestion, and much more.

Classes are $15 and payment can be sent via Venmo to SandyPauseYoga. All classes are listed in central (CST) time.
